Thus saith the Lord...
My heart has gone forth to you in hearing your words when you inquire of me. For you pray that you may prophesy to the edifying of the saints, beginning with yourself. Do not fear for the weakness you feel before me. It is the breaking of the outer facade that men bear in resemblance to what they believe is appropriate. It does not touch on the vulnerability of your dependence upon me for all things. For now you have come to a place of quieting your soul before me. Your thoughts and your feelings have become still before the lover of your soul, as you wait to see my response to your least empathy to know me. The silence seems to assail your thoughts because it is unfamiliar. It needs to be a hesitation. It needs to be a meditation of a meditation, which is your innermost feelings concerning your own thoughts, as you engage mine. Are you right? Are you wrong? How will you change? Especially as you become aware of your seeming limitations. There is a difference between the beginning of a matter and the end. There is a difference between your concern for your own thoughts, and your concern for mine. There is a difference between what pleases you as a means to an end, and what pleases me as an end in itself. Your ability to recover yourself out of a snare is important to me. How much more important to you to see the snare beforehand? There are many voices in the world vying for your attention and offering their own wisdom of assimilation, while still holding you within and subject to the plans of others. Allowing you to only escape into a sense of false security, rather than full deliverance. I have given you another wisdom, for my Son is made Wisdom unto you, and you now have the mind of Christ to guide and direct you into all Truth, by the Holy Spirit. Hear my voice and remember these things. For I have touched a place within your spirit to heal you this night from your anxiety, doing a greater work than the sum of all my words to you. The Gospel is not in words only, but in power, and much assurance of the Holy Spirit, and with great joy. Receive my joy this night as a witness to my words, even as all the words of the prophets are confirmed with signs and wonders following. Limiting my words does not limit Me. I am the Living Word.
Amen.
Thank you, Lord!
